Elm House, located in Seaside, CA, provides one of Monterey County’s only traditional Sober Living Environments for single men in early recovery from substance abuse.
Elm House is a drug-free, sober living environment. Length of stay is limited to 18 months, but may be extended to 24 months with appropriate justification.

Elm House complies with Fair Employment and Housing regulations. Residents must be male, 18 years of age or older and living alone.
In addition, clients must be at least 30 days clean and sober and actively working a program of recovery.
Barriers to admission include a history of violence, danger to self or others and unwillingness to accept program requirements.
cost
Rent is $600 – $800 per month, with a $600 Security Deposit paid in advance.
