Development Director – Seeking full time professional to lead Development team in planning and executing effective fundraising and communications program for Community Human Services.
Responsibilities: Responsible for campaign for annual operating support, capital campaigns as needed, grants and grant reporting, donor research, recognition and stewardship, donor data base, direct mail appeals, annual report, special events, community outreach, advertising and social media, and website. Manages Development Associate and Communications Coordinator. Reports to Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications: Broad knowledge of nonprofit fund development. Demonstrated success in fund raising. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Outstanding leadership qualities. Strategic thinking and planning skills. Analytical problem solving abilities. Minimum 5 years of experience in development field and 2 years in supervisory/management role.
