Senior Program Officer – Mental Health Division

Seeking dynamic leader for the Mental Health Services Division of Community Human Services. The Senior Program Officer (SPO) position entails management of two community-based counseling centers, and oversight of a variety of family service programs, including parent education, supervised visitation, domestic violence intervention and child abuse prevention programs in Salinas and Seaside. The SPO provides leadership, direction and supervision to clinicians and support staff. License (LCSW, MFT, or LPCC) is required. Certification to provide clinical supervision is preferred. Experience with mental health Medi-Cal, Avatar and CARF is desirable. Effective communication and collaboration skills a must. Full job description available on request.

Starting pay $7,651 – $8,435 month D.O.E. Additional 5% if Bilingual (E/S). Generous benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage. AA/EOE.
