Parent Education Program
Program Description
The Parent Education Program utilizes an evidence-based, 10-week attachment-based program for parents and caregivers that promotes social, emotional, and behavioral adjustment and attachment security in children ages 8 to 18, called Connect Parenting. Through role-playing and other exercises, parents will learn about the principles of attachment and practice new skills to strengthen the parent-child relationship.
How to Get Started
Contact the Family Service Center in Seaside or Salinas to register. Registration is required.
