Adolescent Outpatient Drug Treatment Program
Program Description
Our holistic treatment process combines group counseling with individual therapy and family therapy sessions to help youth and their loved ones prepare for long-term substance use recovery.
We serve youth ages 13-17 and families who are seeking a new method of communicating and facing challenges together.

Services Offered
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): The gold standard for modern talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy helps clients recognize and affect their thinking to change their behavior, through mindfulness and thought exercises.
- Seeking Safety (trauma-informed care): A widely used evidence-based approach to treatment for co-occurring trauma and addiction, Seeking Safety focuses on coping skills and helping individuals reduce addictive behavior, build healthy relationships, manage symptoms of self-harm, and restore lost hope.
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy: Based on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy was developed as a specialized therapeutic method for certain personality disorders, before becoming a well-researched modality for other conditions as well.
- Experiential Therapy: To help our teen clients with increasing their self-awareness, self-confidence, interpersonal skills and emotional regulation, we offer recreational activities such as creative writing, arts and crafts, music, sports, and games once a week.
Hours of Operation
- Monday – Wednesday – Thursday 4:00-5:30 p.m. for 8 weeks
- Aftercare available as needed
Cost
We accept Medi-Cal and offer a sliding fee scale for private pay clients.
Call for pricing. In many cases, our fees are less than insurance deductibles and co-pays.
