Safe Passage is a co-ed, drug and alcohol free, affordable, transitional housing program located in downtown Monterey. It offers six beds for homeless youth and youth aging out of foster care, ages 18 to 21. Safe Passage residents are expected to work or attend school full-time. People with a history of violence or who are actively abusing substances are not eligible. Sorry, no pets.

- Education, employment and housing assistance
- Food, clothing and other basic needs until residents can
provide for themselves
cost
Rent is calculated at 30% of adjusted gross income.
