Program Description
Genesis Residential Center provides residential substance use treatment for adults seeking recovery. Our gender-specific programs create a supportive environment where clients can focus on developing the skills and resources needed for long-term sobriety.

Genesis Residential Center is a state-licensed, residential substance abuse treatment program for adults 18 years of age and older. The co-ed and perinatal programs offer 36 beds for variable length of stays. Children ages 0 to 5 may live with their mothers in treatment. Genesis Residential Center is accredited by CARF International and is licensed and certified.

How to Get Started
Contact the Outpatient Drug Treatment Office in Monterey or Salinas (831-383-7800 or 831-237-7222) to complete a screening and determine eligibility. Referrals can be self-made or made by family or professionals.
