Celebrate Recovery Events in September

September is National Recovery Month. On Thursday, September 21^st from 11:00am – 2:00pm, please join Community Human Services’ Off Main Clinic and Outpatient Treatment Centers as they host an open house for the community to celebrate those in recovery. This event is free to all and will feature refreshments, appetizers and a tour of both programs. Off Main Clinic is located at 1083 S. Main Street in Salinas. The event is open to all and no RSVP is needed.

CHS’ Genesis House will host its “Celebrate Recovery Open House” on Thursday, September 28^th from 11:00am – 2:00pm. The afternoon will feature a tour of the renovated residential drug treatment facility, refreshments and light appetizers. Genesis House is located at 1152 Sonoma Avenue in Seaside. The free event will be an opportunity to learn more about local recovery options. The event is open to all and no RSVP is needed.

Since 1969, Community Human Services has provided professional, affordable mental health, substance abuse counseling and homeless services to the residents of Monterey County. These services focus on the entire family and include programs for people of all ages.
