Full-Time Case Manager/Housing Navigator, Shuman HeartHouse
Community Human Services is a leading organization dedicated to providing essential homeless services, substance use disorder services, and mental health services to Monterey County residents. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Case Manager/Housing Navigator at the new Shuman HeartHouse Homeless Shelter for women and families with children located in Monterey. In this pivotal role, you will provide assessment, counseling, case management, and housing navigation services to women and families experiencing homelessness. Collaborating with guests, you will develop tailored case plans, monitor progress, and connect them with essential resources. Your role will also involve assisting with shelter operations as needed.
Qualifications – The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, possesses excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of community resources and homeless services.
