Community Human Services’ Family Service Centers located in Salinas and Seaside are seeking mental health clinicians who are interested in working in a Community Based Clinic providing mental health therapy for the diverse residents of Monterey County.  We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment with excellent training to support ongoing development and strengthening of clinical skills.  Weekly individual and group supervision is provided by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  Clinicians facilitate comprehensive intake assessments, work with clients to develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.  Currently most sessions are conducted virtually; however, applicants must be able to work in-clinic some days.

Qualifications – Must have a Master’s Degree and be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  We are unable to accept applications for Associate Social Workers at this time.

Clinician I (AMFT, ASW or APCC): Salary $72,421-$88,028/year

Clinician II (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC):  Starting Salary $87,670-$106,565/year

Additional 5% compensation if bilingual (English/Spanish).
